I don't know what happened to me during the week, but there was some definite change in me.
Monday started off as normal. Wasn't feeling funky, committed to work, full of energy.

I took a nap this afternoon. I have been having a flare up in my back, and when this happens, have a hard time sleeping. Granted, I always dream very vividly - sharp bright colors, oddly intense . . .
